Sur le poste:
Le/la F&B Outlets Manager est responsable du bon déroulé des opérations des différents Outlets ouverts pendant son shift. Il/elle gère les équipes sur ses points de vente et assure une présence sur le terrain lors des services, apportant son Leadership et ses compétences techniques ; il/elle prend en charge les éventuelles situations complexes (préférences, plaintes, etc.).
Le/la F&B Outlets Manager assiste les Assistants F&B Managers dans la planification des équipes, les commandes, le respect de leur budget.
Le/la F&B Outlets Manager comprend la vision stratégique du Directeur de la Restauration qu’il/elle assiste dans la gestion opérationnelle de la Division et traduit cette vision sur le terrain, s’assurant du respect des standards de qualité de Four Seasons. Il est le garant de la qualité de services promise par la marque.
