JOB DESCRIPTION
The Hilton Cleveland is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team following a recent retirement.
In this exciting role, you’ll take the lead in managing group business ranging from 100–1,199 peak rooms, with opportunities to drive revenue through meeting space and food & beverage sales. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to build strong client relationships, create impactful experiences, and contribute to the continued success of our iconic hotel in the heart of downtown Cleveland.

The salary range for this role is between $80,000-$105,000 which may be determined by applicable and specialized experience and location.
What Will I Be Doing?
A Senior Sales Manager is responsible for securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers. Hilton is looking for dynamic individuals who are well rounded and business minded. The sales office in a hotel is a fast paced, everchanging environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.
