The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests. Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, the In-Room Dining team provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms. The In-Room Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city.
What you bring
We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required. In-Room Dining Servers offer prompt, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. The In-Room Dining Server requires the ability to push up to 30lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will also have solid food and wine knowledge, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
