Esta amplia propiedad incluirá 96 habitaciones bellamente decoradas y 61 residencias, ubicadas en el “corredor turístico” entre Cabo San Lucas y San José del Cabo en la cima de la impresionante Baja California Sur con impresionantes vistas del mar donde el Mar de Cortés se encuentra con el Océano Pacífico. El individuo será responsable de coordinar todas las asignaciones delegadas por el Assistant Pastry Chef, como la preparación de panadería, pastelería, chocolatería, amenidades, postres para los diferentes centros de consumo y Banquetes.
Asignará, apoyará y supervisará preparaciones realizadas por los Pastry Cook “A” Pastry Cook “B” y Pastry Cook “C”
