YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Lead the bar. Own the vibe. Elevate every pour. Reporting to the Beverage & Food Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind the Perception Bar experience.

• Command the bar scene – Oversee daily bar operations with flair, precision, and a dash of attitude.
• Lead & inspire – Guide a team of bartenders to deliver cocktails that wow and service that shines.
• Craft iconic moments – Curate signature drinks and ensure every pour meets W’s luxury standards.
• Keep it fresh – Manage garnishes, glassware, and stock so the bar is always ready for its close-up.
• Own the numbers – Handle payments, balance the bank, and keep reports tight and accurate.
• Secure the goods – Lock down liquor, wine, and all bar assets like a pro.
• Stay sleek & safe – Uphold safety, security, and style standards—because looking sharp is part of the job.
• Be the vibe curator – Anticipate guest needs showing our Whatever Whenever service, deliver service with personality, and make every interaction unforgettable.
• Make magic happen – Build strong relationships across the team to keep the energy high and goals aligned.
