Qualifications
Essential ingredients:
- Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar or Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting).
- Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
- Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
- Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
- Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
- Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs.
- Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.
- Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment
