As a Gold Floor Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional VIP service and specialty cuisine that are hallmarks of our luxury lifestyle brand. Fairmont Gold is our exclusive hotel-within-a-hotel consisting of 45 luxury rooms and suites. Our dedicated Fairmont Gold team strives to deliver the highest level of personalized service while providing exclusive Food & Beverage service in our private Fairmont Gold Lounge.

​​​​What you will be doing:

• Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.
• Ensure a positive first impression of Fairmont Gold for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
• Distribution and delivery of guest’s food orders out onto the service floor and serving them at their tables to the correct guest
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features
• Maintain cleanliness of all chinaware. Monitor quality and consistency of all menu items being served
• Maintain clean and orderly condition of the service line station.
• Daily requisition of all food condiments and to ensure adequate stock levels of all necessary dishware, linen and condiments for daily service operations
• Clear and tidy up bar counter after the departure of the patrons as quickly as possible
• Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service
• Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
