Events Sales Executive

The Hoxton Rome is our tenth Hoxton Hotel and boasts 192 rooms suited to any type of stay. Come and enjoy our delicious pastries and coffee at our Cugino Bar, where you can relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere.

Or head to Elio, a restaurant designed to express the flavours, ingredients, energy, and joyful hospitality of long holiday meals with friends.
The Apartment, as we call it locally, is our unique meeting & events space concept. It consists of 5 interconnecting rooms with our kitchen area, and all its spaces follow a unique and welcoming style!

 

Job Description

 

We are currently looking for an Events Sales Executive to join our Rome Sales Team!

You’ll be a key player in our growing Sales Team for the Hoxton Rome. If you’re great with people, have experience in a proactive sales or groups and events environment and are looking to join our growth journey, this is just the ticket!

Qualifications

 

What you’ll do….

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Actively market and sell all private event spaces & public spaces to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Work on collateral & packages to competitively increase event revenues across social and corporate events.
  • Entertain clients & conduct site inspections in the Hotel where required
  • Benchmark pricing to ensure offerings are competitive within the market.
  • Expand presence within the local and italian market of the Hotel, seeking out new opportunities with corporate clients and events agencies, and converting new event business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the proactive sales team & reactive Groups & Events team, converting new leads into accounts & creating proposals for larger scale events to fit client requirements.
  • Visting client offices in Rome and potentially in Italy, presenting the Hotel to large groups of clients
  • Track sales, analyzing performance and reporting on key metrics to identify growth opportunities..
