ABOUT THE ROLE
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for rooms, meetings, events, and food & beverage
•Identify and target new business opportunities, including MICE and corporate markets.
•Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
•Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align sales efforts with overall hotel objectives.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
•Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hotel, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
•Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including MICE and corporate segments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
