The beautiful Hilton Anatole located in the heart of Dallas is searching for a dynamic Assistant Director of Banquets to join their team. The amazing property boasts 600,000 square feet of event space, assorted food and beverage outlets, and resort living.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to our Director of Banquet Operations, overseeing 1 Senior Banquet Manager, 1 Banquet Manager and 100-150 Banquet Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of events operations. At least 2 years of Banquet management experience in a high volume environment is required.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Director of Banquets, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Banquet and Catering operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
