The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms and is surrounded by the Walt Disney World® Resort. Responsible for overseeing several food and beverage venues, this leader’s primary focus will be Harvest Bistro, In-Room Dining, the Pool, and the Coffee Shop.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, hands-on leader with at least two years of supervisory experience, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to oversee multiple outlets. Hotel and upscale dining experience is preferred. This individual must be visible on the floor and confident in representing the team at leadership meetings. We seek a seasoned communicator who drives accountability and demonstrates strong leadership. Prior leadership experience is not required.
Shift Pattern: Candidates must be available to work full-time schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
