Signia by Hilton Orlando and the adjacent, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, an Official Walt Disney World® Hotels are searching for an Accounting Analyst/Clerk to join their Finance team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges and over 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, with a desire to grow within the Finance department. We are looking for Excel knowledge, preferably hospitality experience – Finance, Front Office or Food and Beverage experience and great communication skills. This position will be heavily focused on customer service, groups billing, credit checks, etc.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM with occasional weekends, and holidays availability when needed.
Pay Rate: $21.05 per hour

What will I be doing?
The Analyst / Clerk of Accounting will perform activities to support the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions. The Analyst/Clerk will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management. In addition to performance, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
