About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role

• The Restaurant Supervisor leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring luxury service, training and scheduling, upholding strict cleanliness/hygiene as well as handling guest requests, and supporting the Restaurant Assistant Manager with inventory and quality control.
• What you will do
• Supervise the team to deliver attentive service, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure all guest interactions meet Four Seasons standards.
• Train, coach, schedule, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily service flow, cleanliness, setup, inventory, and compliance with health/safety regulations.
• Assist the Restaurant leaders with reports, ordering, promotions, and new opening activities.
• Monitor food/beverage quality, menu knowledge, and service consistency.
• Be engaging and actively contributing to the service whenever needed
