• Prepare and produce bakery items according to hotel recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in daily baking operations, including dough preparation, baking, and presentation.
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and comply with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Support inventory control and proper storage of bakery ingredients.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality and timely production.

• Minimum experience as Commis I or equivalent in a bakery or hotel kitchen.
• Basic communication skills in Thai and English.
• Knowledge of bakery hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
