THE TEAM
You will join Rosewood Hotel Group’s global finance leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. You will partner with executive leaders, as well as corporate and property-level finance teams worldwide to ensure financial excellence and strategic growth.
YOUR ROLE
You will provide financial leadership and management to achieve financial efficiency including profitability, positive cash flow, and key performance matrixes across the global portfolio of properties and business units at Rosewood Hotel Group. You will oversee corporate finance, FP&A, global tax and transfer pricing, finance systems and global procurement for the Group. Your strategic perspective will help identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and create competitive advantage for the Group. You will ensure a robust, compliant financial control environment, supporting the company’s fiduciary, growth, and operational objectives.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash flow, manage capital and expenses, and increase return on invested capital (ROIC).
- Oversee financial governance, reporting, and compliance, including month-end and year-end packages, forecasts, and tax reporting.
- Lead budgeting and planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all managed hotels.
- Drive process improvements and implement new finance systems and tools for efficiency and control.
- Identify savings opportunities and manage a comprehensive global procurement program.
- Advise on financially viable new hotel projects, management contracts, and JV partnerships to support growth objectives.
- Hire, develop, coach and mentor corporate and property level finance leaders, fostering talent pipelines for succession and ongoing improvement.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have 12+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally in luxury hospitality with multi-property oversight.
- You excel at strategic thinking and business acumen, with proven expertise in cash management, forecasting, capital planning, and FP&A.
- You are skilled in global tax structuring and transfer pricing, and comfortable navigating complex operating agreements and risk assessments.
- You lead with integrity and connection, building strong relationships across diverse teams and developing high-performing finance leaders.
- You adapt quickly to change, driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions with resilience and initiative.
- You communicate with clarity and influence, inspiring confidence and collaboration in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
