Regional Director of Sales

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Coury Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

* Analyzing market data, pace reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
* Partnering with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align goals and execution.
* Being present in the market—traveling regularly to properties and key client meetings.

* You bring 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably multi-property or regional.
* You have strong knowledge of California markets and their demand drivers.

* You communicate with confidence and clarity at all levels, from on-property teams to executive leadership.
* You thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adapt quickly to change.
