About the location:

Situated in the lush Mae Rim Valley, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is a haven of peace and luxury, just 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai city. Spanning 32 acres, the resort is accentuated by serene lakes, lily ponds, cascading waterfalls, and an operational rice farm with its resident water buffaloes. The 98 Pavilions and Residences showcase the grandeur of the Lanna Kingdom, intertwining influences from Burma, India, and China. About this role

 

Secure rooms business for Four Seasons Resorts Thailand (including Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Tented Camp Golden Triangle) by actively engaging with B2B and B2C travel partners (under Retail, Discount and Wholesale segments) to maximize revenue/profit potential.

 

The candidate in this position will be based in Bangkok and reports to the Senior Commercial Director.

 

Work authorization for the location is required.

 

What you will do

  • Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of collection in identified markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of travel partners across the travel industry and group segments, ensuring no conflict with WSO efforts.
  • Create and execute account plans with defined goals for assigned market territory.
  • Use company wide programs, sales developments, prospecting projects, WSO customer events and reporting for business development.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including sales calls, prospecting calls and entertainment as outlined.
  • Generate potential P2P leads on behalf of sister properties and the company. Allocate time and resources as appropriate for account potential. Schedule activities effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Handle sales calls and trips in a cost and time-efficient manner and within compliance of established budgets.
