About the role:

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our Restaurants and Bar operations. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead and motivate the team, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

What You will do:

• Oversee daily front and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and handling complaints professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served.
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating processes.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing development for the team.
• Monitor compliance with health and sanitation standards and seek ways to reduce costs.

What You will bring:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal integrity and a drive for excellence.
