Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction through in-depth analysis of guest feedback, lobby presence, proactive service, and anticipating guest needs
- Preparing VIP arrivals and inspecting rooms
- Managing and maintaining guest profiles
- Direct communication with guests, customers, and colleagues across all channels and from all parts of the world
- Ensuring maximum employee satisfaction
- Coordinating and leading the operational shift
- Training new team members
- Conducting employee development conversations

- You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
- You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
- You’re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
- You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
- You’ve already gained experience in a similar leadership position and/or have completed training in hotel management
- Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
