In the dual-brand hotel “Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel”, two premium brands combine to form one employer! Have you already found your passion in the hotel industry with all its facets? Then start with us as a Duty Manager (m/f/d). Two brands – endless possibilities! 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Working with the management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel at all times
• Assumption of Manager on Duty services and tasks
• Cross-departmental project management for renovations and process optimizations
• Main contact person for our national and international guests in all matters of guest service and satisfaction
• Participation in the achievement of targets in the areas of guest satisfaction as well as occupational safety and general hotel safety
• Processing and forwarding of complaints and general information
• Safe action in emergency situations and close cooperation with the security department
• Administrative management of the Manager on Duty program
• Duty roster design and vacation planning
• Implementation of specialist training and further development of our employees
• Adherence to and implementation of our brand standards

Be able.

• Completed training in the hotel industry and first professional experience in the field of rooms or F&B.
• You already have some leadership experience to demonstrate sensitivity in dealing with people as a team player.
• You have a keen sense for the different needs of our diverse and demanding guests.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
• A competent and authoritative appearance.
• You are in the mood for a new challenge in one of the largest airport hotels in Europe.
• High level of initiative, enjoyment of the profession and independent way of working.
