About the role
The Talavera Restaurant & Onyx Lounge Manager is a senior leadership role within the Food & Beverage division, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and serving as an integral member of the F&B leadership team. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the opening and ongoing success of one of Phoenix’s most anticipated dining destinations.
The Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through inspired leadership, operational excellence, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. This role requires a dynamic hospitality professional with a deep knowledge of food and beverage, a strong business mindset, and the ability to build, inspire, and lead a best-in-class team. The successful candidate will combine creativity and vision with disciplined execution, ensuring financial performance while cultivating meaningful relationships with guests, suppliers, and industry partners.
