What will I be doing?
The General Manager is responsible for leading Hilton Barbados Resort to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and a purpose-driven, high-engagement culture. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can effectively partner with ownership, inspire a strong executive team, and elevate an already high-performing operation through innovation, agility, and sound commercial judgment.
The General Manager serves as the primary steward of Hilton’s brand promise to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality while ensuring operational excellence, financial results, and Team Member development. In this role, the General Manager is accountable for the following:
