Reporting to the Beverage Manager, the Mixologist is responsible for curating exceptional cocktail experiences while demonstrating advanced wine knowledge and service expertise. This role blends creativity, technical mastery, and refined hospitality to enhance guest engagement, elevate beverage programs, and support overall Food & Beverage excellence. The Mixologist sets the standard for craftsmanship, presentation, and storytelling confidently guiding guests through curated cocktail selections and thoughtfully chosen wines that complement Fairmont’s culinary offerings.
