Food & Beverage Captain – Portobello
This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in February 2026.
The Food & Beverage Captain will be responsible for assisting the Management Team with the daily operation of Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s outlets, maximizing service delivery in all areas of the department.
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.75 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation – hourly rates increase after 6 months, and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.20.
