Requirements:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
• Be strong on the floor, managing multiple tables at once.
• Communicate clearly with guests, responding to questions and special requests.
• Work flexibly across different shifts and roles when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues politely and quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking ability in a busy environment.
• Physically fit and able to stay active for long periods.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
