We are seeking a confident and guest-focused Receptionist / Night Manager to join our Front Office team. This role is responsible for leading shifts, managing guest enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, particularly during overnight periods. You will take full responsibility for the hotel during night shifts, maintaining safety, security, and service standards while resolving guest issues and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
This is a part-time role, worked across a seven-day roster, and includes two Night Manager shifts per week.
