The ideal F&B supervisor will lead our Ladies and Gentlemen during dinner service at our award-winning restaurant Atria and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This dynamic and rewarding role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to multitasking.

Please note that this role requires work rights in Australia to be considered.

Position Summary: 

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise the restaurant service period (PM – Dinner Operation) tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete gastronomical experience
• Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
• Plan and execute team-building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

About You: 

• An up-to-date RSA
• Nighttime availability (5pm-12am)
• Relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Working rights in Australia
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energised in a fast-paced environment
