The Role of the Butler
The role of a Butler is of utmost importance when it comes to providing exceptional guest service. A Butler not only responds to a wide variety of guest requests, but also goes above and beyond by accurately assessing the needs and preferences of each individual guest. Their main responsibility is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by adding personal recommendations and touches.
The Butler acts as a liaison between the guests and various departments within the hotel, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. They play a crucial role in assisting these departments with any basic tasks or requirements that may arise during a guest’s stay.
