Botanist Sommelier

As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating and delivering exceptional wine experiences that elevate our guests’ dining journeys. You will act as a wine expert and brand ambassador, offering thoughtful recommendations, maintaining an outstanding wine program, and supporting service teams through education and leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the Sommelier team in delivering an exceptional wine and beverage experience aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards
  • Assist guests with wine selections and pairings, confidently sharing knowledge of varietals, regions, and styles
  • Perform proper wine service, including presentation, opening, decanting, and serving according to established service rituals
  • Support day-to-day cellar operations, including receiving, organizing, storing, and rotating wine inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts, bin accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date wine lists
  • Collaborate closely with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Participate in wine tastings, trainings, and ongoing education to continuously develop wine knowledge and service skills
  • Support special events, tastings, and activations within The Botanist’s Dining Room, Bar, and private venues
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper care of glassware, tools, and cellar spaces
