We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. • Welcome and seat guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive menu knowledge and offering personalized recommendations
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment
• Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy and integrity
• Maintain impeccable table settings, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues efficiently
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining composure and attention to quality
• Collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations and contribute to a positive work culture
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and guest needs while upholding service excellence standards

**Job Qualifications:**

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or restaurant service role
• Excellent guest service skills with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are advantageous
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and point-of-sale systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
