Job Purpose

レベニューマネジメントディレクターは、各ホテルチームおよびハブのレベニューマネジメントリーダーとの連携を推進し、国別の戦略目標と財務目標を達成します。そして、国レベルでレベニューチーム内の人材を育成するプロジェクトを実行し、各ホテルでレベニュー戦略が効果的に実行されるようにするという重要な任務を担います。

The Director of Revenue Management Japan drives collaboration with individual hotel teams and Hub Revenue Management leadership to achieve country-specific strategic and financial goals. This role is pivotal in executing projects developing talent within revenue teams at the country level and ensuring that revenue generation strategies are effectively implemented in each hotel.

Main Accountabilities

  • ホテル全体の価格戦略を推進し、レベニューを最適化し、市場シェアを高め、市場での競争力を確保します。
  • 各ホテルのレベニューマネジメント戦略を指導し、国と地域の目標に合わせます。
  • 全国のホテルでのレベニューマネジメントツールとシステムの実装と効果的な使用をモニタリングします。
  • 各ホテルチームと連携して、特定のレベニュー上の課題に対処します。
  • 国内のレベニューパフォーマンス指標を分析して、その傾向と改善領域を特定します。
  • レベニュー重視のプロジェクトを主導および管理し、収益創出と運用効率を高めます。
  • エリアディレクターの指導の下で、レベニュー戦略の開発と実装を支援します。
  • 国レベルのレベニューマネジメントチーム内での人材開発をサポートおよび強化します。
  • 国レベルのレベニューチーム間で継続的な学習と専門的成長を促進します。
  • ホテルチームとシニアリーダーの間のコミュニケーションリンクとして機能し、戦略の整合性を確保します。
  • Drive and influence pricing strategies across hotels to optimize revenue generation and enhance market share, ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace
  • Guide revenue management strategies at each hotel, aligning them with national and regional objectives
  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of revenue management tools and systems in hotels across the country
  • Engage with individual hotel teams to address specific revenue challenges and opportunities
  • Analyse revenue performance metrics within the country to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Lead and manage revenue-focused projects, enhancing revenue generation and operational efficiency
  • Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies under the guidance of the Regional Director
  • Support and enhance talent development within revenue management teams at the country level
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth among revenue teams at the country level
  • Serve as a communication link between hotel teams and senior management, ensuring strategy alignment.
