The Vacation Ownership at Ocean Tower, Hilton Waikoloa Village it looking for its next On-Call Guest Service Agent to add on their amazing team! The ideal candidate would have a hospitable demeanor with experience in customer service or similar role. Full availability to work a flexible schedule, including Holidays and Weekends is required.
Shift Pattern: On Call (Union role) – AM PM. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.
Hourly wage range: $24.98 – $27.75
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
