Requisitos:
Preparatoria terminada. Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente. Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar en inglés. Manejo de paquete de office.
Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Coordinar, asignar y supervisar las actividades diarias del personal de ventas y atención al cliente. Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo, orientado al servicio y al cumplimiento de metas. Dar seguimiento al desempeño del personal y reportar incidencias al Manager. Elaborar reportes de ventas, inventarios y flujo de mercadera. Apoyar en la gestión de pedidos, seguimiento a proveedores y recepción de mercadería. Sustituir al Manager en actividades específicas cuando sea requerido. Asegurar la correcta exhibición y rotación de productos. Verificar el cumplimiento de políticas de caja, apertura y cierre del Pro Shop.
Respetar y hacer cumplir las normas y políticas del campo de golf y las canchas de tenis y pickleball, asegurando una experiencia segura y agradable para todos los usuarios. Colaborar de manera eficaz con otros miembros del personal, incluidos profesionales de golf y tenis, golf services staff y personal de mantenimiento. Manejar quejas o inquietudes de los clientes con profesionalismo, buscando resolver los problemas de manera oportuna y satisfactoria. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, jalar y colocar objetos que pesen menos de 20 libras sin ayuda y objetos que pesen más de 50 libras con ayuda.
