Atender os clientes e prestar suporte na organização e controle de eventos, garantindo os padrões de
excelência no atendimento e da marca.
Atender o cliente (pessoalmente ou por telefone) prestando informações e esclarecendo dúvidas gerais
sobre a organização dos eventos.
• Elaborar propostas comerciais, com base em padrão preestabelecido, bem como realizar follow-up,
junto ao cliente, para a confirmação do evento.
• Apoiar a área na organização dos eventos, mantendo contato com fornecedores, acompanhando
trâmite burocrático e checando toda a infraestrutura requerida (montagem de sala, equipamentos,
horários de coffee-break etc.).
• Prestar todo apoio/atendimento ao cliente durante o evento.
• Realizar o pós-venda, verificando, junto ao cliente, o nível de satisfação dos serviços prestados.
FORMAÇÃO
Mínima- Cursando superior em Turismo, Hotelaria ou compatível
Desejável-Superior completo em Turismo, Hotelaria ou compatível
CONHECIMENTOS ESPECÍFICOS
Mínimo Pacote Office e Internet – Desejável Eventos sociais e cerimoniai
IDIOMA NÍVEL DE CONHECIMENTO
Mínimo Inglês Intermediário – Desejável Espanhol Intermediário
