About the location:

Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.

 

 

About the role:
The Assistant Bell Captain supports the Bell Captain in leading the Bell and Door team to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and luggage services. This role plays a key part in creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests by delivering personalized and anticipatory service in line with Four Seasons standards.

 

What you will do:

  • Assist the Bell Captain in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Bell and Door team.
  • Ensure efficient handling and delivery of guest luggage during arrivals and departures.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing directions, information, and assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate transportation requests including taxis, private transfers, and hotel vehicles.
  • Monitor the lobby and porte-cochère area to maintain a smooth and organized guest flow.
