About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Banquet Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
What you will do
The Banquet Server will deliver warm, genuine service for all group and social catering events, both on property and off‑site. Maintain strong awareness in all service areas and anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences. Set up and break down events with precision, ensuring all decor and equipment meet Four Seasons standards. Communicate clearly with the team to support seamless coordination. Handle guest interactions with confidence, professionalism, and effective problem‑solving. Accommodate special requests when possible and resolve concerns with grace. Assist guests with questions about hotel services, hours, and event details.
