Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description

 

Food & Beverage Manager

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Food & Beverage team to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring that all brand standards and quality requirements are consistently met
  • Develop and implement new concepts, menus, products, and service offerings
  • Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and actively support revenue growth
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by delivering memorable and high-quality dining services

 

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, ideally within an international hotel environment
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team, with a hands-on leadership style
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A genuine passion for gastronomy, beverages, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Ability to think creatively, bring new ideas, and drive continuous improvement in service and operations
  • Solid financial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
