About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role:

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Concierge Agent for the Season 2026 (minimum 8 months contract) to serve as a pivotal resource for our guests. The core scope and purpose of this position is to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their individual needs and desires, and then elevating the service by adding personal recommendations and touches. Your expertise will be essential in crafting truly memorable experiences, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while meticulously complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What You Will Do

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, local attractions, maps, and directions are updated as needed. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibitions, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• At all times strive to represent the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel in the most professional, courteous and efficient manner.
• Processes incoming and outgoing packages, messages, and mail in an accurate and timely manner.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist all departments during crunch times (queues) and ensure there is a smooth operation at all front of house areas.

What You Bring

• A High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours 

• Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
