The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter on a casual basis who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.  

 

What you will do:

  • Ensure each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes, glassware, and silverware.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and “heart of house” areas, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant.
  • Assist with the maintenance and proper handling of all kitchen and restaurant equipment and materials.
  • Follow the hotel’s recycling and waste management policies.
  • Support the Stewarding team in ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout back-of-house areas.

 

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • All candidates must possess the Right to Work in the UK

 

Schedule and hours:

This is a casual position, offering flexibility to work shifts based on business needs. Hours may vary and can include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
