Millennium Hilton One UN Plaza is looking for a motivated Food and Beverage Manager to join the team!
Boasting 439 rooms, 7,500 square feet of meeting space and three food & beverage options, this Midtown high-rise hotel is located near the United Nations and a half a mile from Grand Central Station. This individual will help oversee the 3-meal restaurant, cafe, room service delivery, and banquet operations.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of banquet/catering management experience, preferably in a hotel setting, experience managing a unionized team, and full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Shift Pattern: Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Need to be available to work between the hours of 7am – 1am.
Salary Range: $78,000 – $85,000 / annually
