Shift Pattern: Full availability including nights, weekends and holidays
The ideal Sous Chef candidate passionate, disciplined culinary professional with a strong foundation in high‑volume kitchen operations. They bring a minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef and 5 years of experience working the hot line in a fast paced restaurant. While hotel experience is preferred, it is not required, what matters most is their adaptability, teamwork, and desire to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment. This candidate thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, leads by example, and maintains a positive, solution‑focused attitude. Flexible availability is essential, as they will support a variety of shifts to meet the needs of a busy, guest‑driven operation.
What will I be doing?
As Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of Media Grill + Bar operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
