Job Description

 

Join our iconic Founder’s Club as a FT Host! You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cocktail crafting that are hallmarks of our speakeasy experience. As a host, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming cocktail experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply.

What you will be doing:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant
  • Manage the reservation system, taking guest bookings and accurately recording details
  • Seat guests promptly and appropriately, considering special requests and preferences
  • Communicate with guests regarding wait times, menu information, and restaurant promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station, ensuring menus and promotional materials are up to date
  • Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth seating and efficient table turnover
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
  • Maintaining knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
