The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC – Crystal City is looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team.
The DoubleTree Crystal City offers 627 guestrooms and 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, making it ideal for large groups.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of event management experience in a hotel environment and is comfortable supporting high‑value convention clients as they plan and execute conferences on property. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and full schedule flexibility are essential for success in this role. Experience in a large‑scale hotel setting (500+ guest rooms) with meeting space (20,000+ square feet) is a strong plus.
Pay Rate: This is a salaried role with participation in the hotels quarterly incentive plan.
Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, for our convention group clients.
