The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next part time Host!

Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.

The restaurant features a refined yet approachable menu, offering contemporary interpretations of classic dishes—highlighting fresh, vibrant flavors with a distinctive Texas influence. Team members have the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, service-driven environment where creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality are essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

***The ideal candidate brings a bright, team work oriented personality with at least (1) year of hosting experience. Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

Shift Pattern: Monday – Saturday: Evenings; Sundays: Morning or Evenings – All day availability required on Sundays

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
  • Seat guests and manage the seating chart
  • Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
  • Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
  • Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
