As Fairmont Palliser’s Concierge Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized, luxury service to our esteemed guests. Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing expert recommendations, seamless arrangements, and unparalleled hospitality to enhance their stay. As a key ambassador of the hotel, you will serve as the primary connection between guests and the dynamic city of Calgary, ensuring that every interaction reflects the elegance and excellence of Fairmont Palliser. With your professionalism, keen attention to detail, and passion for curating memorable experiences, you will uphold the highest service standards, further solidifying Fairmont Palliser’s reputation as Calgary’s premier luxury destination. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible and approachable lobby presence, providing exceptional guest service and acting as the primary liaison between Fairmont Palliser, its guests, and the city of Calgary.
• Provide expert recommendations for dining, shopping, entertainment, cultural experiences, and local attractions, ensuring each suggestion is tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Coordinate bookings and reservations for restaurants, tours, events, and activities, managing logistics to ensure seamless execution.
