Job Mission : You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in your assigned restaurant, collaborating with the Waiters/Waitresses and managers assigned to you.
What will your main responsibilities be?
1. To perform the service and sale of food and beverages in a qualified, autonomous and responsible manner.
2. Prepare work areas for service.
3. Provide direct customer service for the consumption of beverages or food.
4. Prepare simple meals for consumption.
5. Transport tools and equipment necessary for the service.
6. Control and review goods and items used in the section.
7. Collaborate in the assembly, service and dismantling of buffets.
8. Perform tasks in front of the customer such as flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.
9. Collaborate with the dining room manager in the preparation and development of special events.
10. You will be able to coordinate and supervise the tasks specific to the activity of your area.
11. Inform and advise the customer about the composition and manufacture of the various products available to them.
12. You will be able to handle customer complaints.
13. Billing and collection from the customer.
