About the location:

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About the Role

As an Assistant Waiter/Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will assist with table set-up, food running, and guest needs while learning the standards of luxury service in a dynamic and guest-focused environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist Waiters/Waitresses with table settings, service preparation, and clearing.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffets, and stations.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency, escalating when needed.
• Refill water, bread, and other accompaniments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred, but not required.
• A passion for hospitality and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
