The Diplomat Beach Resort, Signia by Hilton, is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to lead at its newly reimagined restaurant, Playa! This oceanfront resort features 1,000 rooms, two beachside pools, a kids’ splash pad, and 1,000 feet of beach. Playa is a tropical restaurant with outdoor seating, offering a Latin inspired menu!
The Food and Beverage Manager for Playa will oversee 30+ hourly team members and report to the Restaurant General Manager. The expected shift pattern for this role is closing, with availability required between 12 pm and 10 pm.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience managing outdoor food and beverage operations. It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous luxury resort or fine dining experience, delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
