Sales Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, S.N.G. Salvatore Naldi Group S.r.l.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

 

Job Description:

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing opportunities across MICE, leisure, and international segments. Develops new business and maintains existing accounts to achieve revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals.

 

Job Qualifications:

Driving Sales and Business Development
•Proactively identifies and solicits new business from MICE, leisure, and international markets
•Develops and maintains relationships with luxury consortia, travel agencies, tour operators, and key global accounts
•Executes sales strategies to achieve property revenue and market share targets
•Participates in trade shows, sales missions, and luxury travel events, Fam Trip
Managing and Growing Key Accounts
•Cultivates long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners
•Tailors bespoke proposals aligned with the expectations of luxury travelers
•Negotiates contracts and ensures seamless service delivery in collaboration with operational teams
•Maintains a deep understanding of client preferences and global travel trends
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
•2+ years of experience luxury hospitality sales or related field preferred
•Proven track record in MICE, leisure, and international market segments
Skills and Competencies
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined, client-centric approach
•Ability to represent a luxury brand with authenticity and cultural sensitivity
•Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
•Globally minded, detail-oriented, and results-driven
•Fluency in Italian and English required; additional languages preferred
