Onze TRIBE
TRIBE Den Haag Centraal is het tweede hotel in de Benelux dat is geopend. Het hotel ligt in het culturele hart van Den Haag. De locatie bevindt zich op slechts enkele minuten van het centraal station en 15 minuten van het strand. Het hotel beschikt over 159 designkamers, 9 vergaderzalen, een restaurant Hitch Hike en bar met uitzicht op het Spuiplein.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Front Office medewerker werk je, onder leiding van de Supervisors, samen met een team van gezellige collega’s. Jullie zorgen er voor dat onze gasten een fantastisch verblijf hebben in ons hotel. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment met onze gasten tot het moment dat zij weer vertrekken ben jij hun aanspreekpunt binnen het hotel en de gastheer of gastvrouw van het TRIBE Den Haag Centraal.
Wat er verder gaat gebeuren tijdens jouw werkdag? Als Receptionist verwelkom je onze gasten op jouw authentieke manier en zorg je dat de check in al een feestje voor de gast is. Daarbij kun je natuurlijk vertellen wat onze gasten kunnen beleven en zorg jij dat ze wegwijs worden in de stad Den Haag en omgeving.
Onze gasten staan bij jou op nummer 1 en daarom heb je veel contact met de andere afdelingen (Housekeeping, reserveringen, F&B). Jij weet dat op de achtergrond alle processen zo geregeld zijn, dat de gast het in onze service aan niets ontbreekt. Jij bent flexibel genoeg om daar gastvrij op in te spelen.
